Without much ado, we will be going straight to the point on how you can achieve the aforementioned.

Etisalat Chat or Social Pack unlimited downloading works with weekly and monthly subscription, but now, we have a new tweak that you can use to browse with zero naira N0.00 on Etisalat.  This latest N0.00 browsing tweak works with Psiphon handler settings and you can rock it for free as long as you can.

Note that for it to work, you must not have any active social or chat pack, if they are still active, just deactivate renewal and wait for it to expire before you try this.  I will give you two method of getting this tweak to work for your android.

HOW TO BROWSE FOR FREE ON ETISALAT WITH PSIPHON HANDLER?

Step 1
1.    Make sure your account balance is N0.00 and absolutely no free mb left on your account.
2.   Go to your phone network settings and input the following:
      - Name: Free Eti (Optional: #you can name it anything)
- APN:  etisalat
- Proxy: 137.116.200.160 (Sometimes blank do work)
- Port: 8080 (Sometimes blank do work)
3.    Run your Psiphon HANDLER (Click Here to Download) and configure the handler as follows:
- Proxy Type: Real Host
Under X-Online-Host,
- Proxy Server: 41.190.16.160
- Real Proxy Type: Default
- Real Proxy Server:
- Real Proxy Port: 8080
Tap on Save to close the Handle settings.  Then a pop up will appear and you have to choose "Tunnel whole device"

You will be taken to the main screen where you will go to the "Options" menu and select a region.
4. Select USA as the region.
5. Go down and locate "More options" under the "Handler" button.
6. Under the "Proxy Settings" Check the box beside "Connect through an HTTP" then select "Use the following settings"
- Host Address:  165.139.179.225
- Port: 8080
or
- Host Address:  103.10.22.242
- Port: 3128
7. Leave the others as default and go back to the main screen.  Click Save, then return to the first page and connect.

The Master says that the tweak is tricky so you have to bear with the disadvantages of waiting for some time (sometimes up to 10mins) for it to connect but once it connect, it blaze unlimited with no throttling or speed restrictions. So patience is key to this one.

Step 2
1. Make sure you account balance is N0.00 and absolutely no free mb left on you account.

2. Use the default Etisalat Network Settings (APN)

3. Run your Psiphon Handle (Click Here to Download) and configure the handler as follows:
- Proxy Type:  Real Host
Under X-Online-Host,
- Proxy Server: mobile.etisalat.ng%2F%3@41.190.16.160
- Real Proxy Type: Default
- Real Proxy Server:
- Real Proxy Port: 8080
4. Tap on Save to close the Handle Settings

5. Click on "More Options"  and Check the box beside "Connect through an HTTP" then select "Use the following settings"

- Host Address:  165.139.179.225
- Port: 8080
